Initiate contact with retail customers and prospects to address their needs related to bill payments, account balances, complaints, office visits, phone inquiries, or other sales and customer relations activities.
Office Organization
Organization of the office
Organization and maintenance of the record-keeping system, as established by the Davenport Office Manager, as well as the special record needs of the retail manager and retail general manager.
Inventory Control
Organizing records to ensure a system that meticulously monitors inventory losses and gains on a daily and seasonal basis, reporting those changes to the Davenport office manager.
Credit Control
Working with the corporate office credit department (located in Davenport, IA) by assisting the retail manager with approval and collection of accounts and any special credit programs, crop liens, or lines of credit.
Other Responsibilities
The Davenport office and retail manager will provide federal and state regulations related to the fertilizer and chemical industry. Procedures will be implemented, and guidelines must be followed to ensure compliance.
